To jump start your wellness journey, it’s important to have the right tools, a proper mindset and a supportive community. In this 4-week course, you’ll learn why these are all so important and how to start cultivating and working with these essentials to adopt healthier habits.
This course is for you if:
• You want to create some healthier habits, but feel too stressed, overwhelmed or not sure how/where to begin
• You want to learn tips and techniques for staying the course –no matter what!
• You’re ready to develop the skills for overcoming obstacles and forms of self-sabotage such as, procrastination, self-doubt, self-criticism, perfectionism and limiting beliefs (like, “I don’t have time”)
What you can expect to gain from this course:
• Tools to get anchored into your wellness journey, so that when stress and distractions come up (because they always do!), you know how to stay on your path
• Skills for cultivating more self-compassion (and dismantling perfectionist tendencies, self-criticism and procrastination)
• Strategies to re-wire the mental/emotional/ behavioral patterns that keep you from adopting better habits for the long-term
• Practices to build confidence and self-integrity in your ability to create good habits that stick
• 4-week course: Orientation starts on September 23, 2020
• Two meetings per week as described below. All meetings will be recorded if you’re unable to attend live. Meeting dates/times TBD collectively:
o Weekly Topical Discussion Meetings and Group Coaching (~1 hr.)
o Weekly Practice Meetings (20-30 min. practicing a specific tool/skill, Q+A
• One 1:1 coaching call with me
• Pre-recorded video lessons, several practice demo videos and other resources you can review on your own time
• Private group forum and supportive community with other course members
• Access to materials and forum for one year
