Motivation is fickle. We rarely know when it will show up or for how long. Learn strategies for maintaining momentum no matter where your motivation levels are.
 

  1. Work with your #1 and #2 enemies to help you create the changes you want

Who are those enemies? Well your own mind and ego, of course. They like to keep things the same, even if those things are making you miserable. So it’s important to learn techniques that will help you handle this resistance from within.
